This refers to the 2 removable inner comfort cores, which are made from premium quality, long lasting, durable memory foam.
Our pillow is completely adjustable and comes with two memory foam comfort cores which can be removed or added by simply unzipping the outer cover and removing or adding back in the inner comfort cores. The pillow can be adjusted to provide a low, medium or high level of support.

Yes, we recommend you use a pillowcase on your Etienne Height Adjustable Pillow. Most standard pillowcases will fit.
The outer cover of pillows are made with a ‘down alternative’ microfibre and the inner cores are made from memory foam. so no animals were harmed in the making. This ensures that they are also suitable for Vegans.
The dimensions of the Pillow is 43cm x 63cm with a 5cm gusset. The height is dependant on the inner cores that you use.

Yes, our packaging is made from recycled materials.
As these are personal items and due to health requirements, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless required to by statutory law.

If the item is approved for a return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Yes you can wash the outer cover in a warm gentle machine wash.
We do not recommend you wash the memory foam inserts as this can cause damage.
The outer cover is machine washable on a warm gentle machine wash. Do not tumble dry, bleach, soak, iron, or wring. The inner cores are not washable and best cleaned using a lightly dampened cloth.
We only recommend a warm gentle machine wash of the outer cover.
