ETIENNE HOME SHIPPING TERMS 

FREE SHIPPING 

FREE shipping is available to most areas across Australia. Our warehouse and manufactures are currently following all federal and state health guidelines to ensure that no individual’s health or safety is compromised and that all products are handled with care and shipped safely. 

For more information from our delivery partners, please refer to the tracking details on your order dispatch email. Etienne Home prefers to use Australia Post Carbon Neutral for all customer purchases deliveries however this can vary on occasion. 

As Etienne Home delivers by a registered postal service, a signature may be required upon delivery. Therefore, Etienne Home  recommends you provide an address where you will be located during office hours. If you provide a work address, please include full details including the business and receivers’ name. If nobody is available to sign for your delivery, a card will be left, and the parcel will be taken to a local post office. 

Responsibility for orders is placed with the customer upon delivery, so please ensure a secure address is provided.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING CHARGES 

All charges quoted to you are inclusive of Australian goods and services tax. You may be required to pay further shipping charges where a change in delivery date or a change in delivery address is requested by you. 

Final shipping costs will be quoted to you at the time of checkout if your location is outside of our regular free shipping zones.

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING TIME

Most orders are dispatched the next business day. Expect delivery within 3-5 business days, if orders are placed by 10 A.M. Monday – Friday. 

Allow two additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES 

We can ship Internationally for most orders. Please contact us on info@etiennehome.com.au prior to placing your order and we can advise on the shipping fee. 

OWNERSHIP AND RISK 

Ownership of and risk of damage of goods will pass to you upon delivery to you at your specified delivery address. 

Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. ETIENNE HOME will not take responsibility for any product that is lost or stolen, or that is addressed incorrectly due to incorrect information entered on your order form or details provided via direct phone call or email with customer service.
