Returns Policy


Due to health requirements and products being deemed as personal items, we can only offer a refund or exchange when required to by statutory law.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund request is approved we will advise the address for its return and upon receipt of the item advise of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the item is approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. A return address will be provided upon approval to return items.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Warranty claims
We will follow obligations under the Australian Consumer Law and provide you with an exchange, refund or compensation if an item has a problem such as:

a. is it unsafe;

b. is significantly different from the description or sample shown to you; or

c. does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cannot be easily fixed.

Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims and we will assess the condition and age of any returned goods prior to offering a refund or exchange.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
